JBI.BIKE Parts Distribution Warehouse - AURORA, CO

Invent is developing a 34,890 square foot warehouse on 3.5 acres in Aurora, Colorado which will serve as JBI’s distribution center of the western region. The facility will cover the Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas, and Missouri markets.

The construction on the development is scheduled to commence in April 2019 with a completion date of October 2019.
