Jon and Michael have worked together on multiple real estate development projects since 1997 including the Village at Avon master planned land development, Sunnyside Ranch at Telluride residential subdivision, The Ridge at Adams Ranch housing development, Lodges on Sundance townhouses, Confluence at Harvest Hills apartments and Harvest Hills Village land development.

Cornerstone, Montrose, Colorado – Development and sales of 6,000-acre Greg Norman Golf Course Community with 412 homesites, golf club house and stables, 2005 to 2008
Village at Avon, Avon, Colorado – Land development of 2,400 residential lots and 600,000 SF of commercial, 1995 to 1999
Marina Bay Resort, Quincy, MA – Waterfront redevelopment of 40,000 SF of retail, 375 slip marina and approximately 500 units of multifamily lots, partner with Benton Resources, 1991 to 1994
